 We’d like to be the training provider for your company’s new facility in China, in that we believe via outsourcing your training programs to us, your company will save money, time and resources.   

1) Our Qualifications:  Our team members are medical professionals who are well versed in both cultures, have strong backgrounds and experience in both Chinese and American healthcare industry.   Thus what we bring to you more than language translations, but our expertise in the culture, social norms, and our deep understanding of WHAT IT TAKES and HOW to MAKE American Business WORK in the unique Chinese environment. 

2) In addition, our team members include managing director and professors from highly accredited Univ. School of Nursing in the US, so we can make the training program not only evidence based practice, but also academically up to date.  

3) We will be responsible for the basic trainings in China as well as facilitating the high-level executive field trainings in the US. 

4) We will make sure the training materials remain confidential and not disclosed to the 3rd party, even to our trainees.

5). In addition to the trainings to the Chinese staff members, we can also provide culture sensitive crash courses/training for the American management teams to smoothie their trip to China.

You may be told that somebody can translate the training materials into Chinese and train the staff as it Is or with some modifications.  But it will not work, neither of the Chinese parties have the insights as we do on the similarity as well as the differences of both healthcare systems, and this is what distinguishes us from other Chinese vendors.
